Before this book I had so much social stress and anxiety that it was ruining me whenever I would go out in public or even when I was just with my family and friends. This book gave me hope to change and no did not have all of my answers but definitely helped me in my journey in becoming better and making myself less stressed and have less social anxiety. I think this is a must read if you were having the same problems as me! Well worth the cheap price!

The book is very organized and informative. It is a complete guide to utilizing the power of NLP.
