Awesome book on HIIT

I enjoyed readuing this book. Especially with summer just around the corner, I need to get in shape and this book has a detailed method to do just that. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. The author who specializes in Exercise and Nutition Science and Sports Sciences will describe everything you know even if you are a beginner to plan and do your HIIT . I especially like that he gives lots of scientific explanation for this type of training. There are several examples of workout including warm-up, and cool down. There is also an example of a 8 week program overview . There are plenty of workouts tips and stratefies to use for your specific situation including the importance of goal setting, self-assessment fitness test. There is a whole section on nutrition you can use when doing HIIT.
Overall, the book is well presented and very comprehensive. If you are interested in HIIT, I highly recommend reading this book.

Great workouts! Highly effective!

This books has helped me discover a very effective workout regimen – High Intensity Interval Training. A perfect exercising course that perfectly suits my body, HIIT combines high and low intensity (the ‘interval’) bouts of exercising. The health benefits of HIIT, along with its low cost, makes the method particularly appealing to me. Another advantage is that this book covers the topic in depth, so I do not need to consult any other source for information. Great work by Steve Ryan, will recommend this to friends!

Effective results in less time

To the point book about HIIT. I really enjoy High Intensity Interval Training as I prefer to have quick workouts as I don't have 2 or 3 hours per day to work out. Great points and information throughout this book including heart rates and training / recovery zones. Recommended for those with less time but want to work out with effective results.
