My books are full of tips and tricks on health and nutrition, which will improve your functional strength and flexibility, increase your muscle mass and libido, and help you become the master of your own health. I have no other goals in my life besides helping as much people as possible. I always feel happy while helping people with their body or health issues, because it makes me think less about myself and my own problems. It makes me more empathetic and less selfish. I don�t try to build any specific kind of physique, because to become a master of your own body doesn�t mean just lifting heavy weights in the gym and building huge muscles. Building a body, that can endure a test of time and keep its vitality, strength and flexibility for decades, is an endless and ongoing process which requires focus and discipline. I am a fitness trainer, but I don�t like to be called like that. I like to call myself a body and vitality trainer. M y grandpa was a sports teacher until his 40�s. He is in a great shape right now. I imagine myself teaching people until my 60�s or 70�s. However, please don�t see me as authority figure, mentor or coach. I am one of you, one of this whole community, whose goal is the same - Make the best out of our bodies and help one another.

Great Boost-Testosterone Book

This book, written by a health and fitness coach, is a great read for people that would like to naturally boost their testosterone. This book helped me lose weight and build lean muscle by working out just 3 times per week and eating well. The helps people feel confident and builds self-esteem. With testosterone being a supplement recommended by doctors today, this book helps people boost testosterone naturally. I thought it was going to be another theoretical book like many other books on this topic. However, I have found that this is not the case. I felt some positive changes such as feeling as if I just left the gym. I have always been motivated but this book increased my motivation. Eating more healthier helps me to feel more alert and more focused. After 4-5 days of practicing a few of the 22 methods I feel motivated to go through more of them. After having doctors tell me to take testosterone, I was looking for a natural alternative and I thought that I would share some of the positive benefits from this book. I strongly recommend this book.
